Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in Human Capital Management (HCM) or related functions, preferably in an educational or similar environment.
Experience in managing HR management systems or HR software.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide data-driven recommendations.
Deep knowledge of best HR practices, legal compliance, and HR policies.
Ability to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Job Description:
Position Title: Manager or staf
Job Purpose:
Responsible for strategic and operational management of the Human Capital Management (HCM) function at the school, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation, and employment policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the school's vision and mission.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, orientation, development, performance evaluation, and termination.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Manage HR information systems to ensure accurate and timely employee data.
Provide consultative support to senior management on organizational development and succession planning.
Promote an inclusive organizational culture that is employee-oriented.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in managing HR projects or organizational change.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
