Deskripsi
1. Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
2. Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
3. Be able to demonstrate product in effective way to customers
4. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
5. Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company’s websites and digital sites.
6. Ensure customer are happy with product and services
7. Record all activities in Company’s CRM system and ensure KPI are met
8. Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role
Kualifikasi :
1. Candidates must possess at least DIPLOMA or DEGREE preferably in the field of Science and/or Marketing or Information Technology or minimum 1 year of experience in sales with IT background.
2. Excellent English and Bahasa communication and Written skills
3. Must have a strong negotiation skill.
4. Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
5. For IT Software Sales – Experience in selling IT Software and Services
