Deskripsi
1. Manage, organize and monitor the Business Consultant team for pipes/leads in achieving revenue targets
2. Manage existing clients for direction in handling advanced issues and create new revenue opportunities (upselling).
3. Ensuring and securing new clients / projects so that they can deal immediately so as to create new revenue
4. Ensuring for reasonable profit and budget in every business team proposal, thereby increasing the probability of winning project coordination with the marketing/partner team for lead generation activities
5. Monitoring the work of the business team on a daily basis (pipeline progress/CRM, Leads Generation, Revenue and Forecast)
6. Weekly meeting updates regarding progress to superiors and BOD
Qualification :
1. Min. 5 years experiences as IT Sales
2. Having good sales management skill (approach & persuasive strategy) & analysis
3. Able to operate MS. Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
4. Good communication skillAble tod to technical CRM (Funneling)
5. Able to work in a team and independently
