Deskripsi
1. Conduct intensive trainings for newcomer Software Engineers and Bootcamp participants
2. Compile and improve training materials in accordance to technology stack used in Formulatrix
3. Get up-to-date with latest technology and coordinate with technical advisors to update training materials as needed
4. Grade dan evaluate the training participants
5. Compile and update training reports and score cards
6. Collaborate with recruiter team to select Bootcamp participants
7. Periodically communicate training progress to management
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree of any major
2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
3. Strong fundamentals in basic programming and OOP concepts
4. Has experience and passion in coaching software development related materials
5. Fast learner, highly motivated, clear communication and high attention to details
6. Good communication in English both oral and written.
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Formulatrix New Building (Salatiga).
