• Analyze, diagnose, and install desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), and application software, resolving any related problems that may arise.
• Ensure all application and operating system updates and security patches are regularly maintained.
• Troubleshoot notebook hardware issues, such as RAM, hard disk, VGA, etc., on platforms including Windows, Mac, or Windows Server.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT devices, such as printers, UPS systems, Fingerprint machines, IP-Phones, and LAN components.
• Set up, repair, and maintain routers, and managed switches, and Wi-Fi connections.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of hardware and software additions or changes.
• Manage and update trouble tickets and service requests from users, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
• Install, set up, and troubleshoot network connections on user IP-based devices.
• Administrate collaborative tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Procure network and other IT equipment when needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in reporting, administrative tasks, and IT control activities to manage IT assets efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve network faults, coordinating with external network and internet vendors as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in IT support or related roles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), and application software.
• Basic understanding of network components, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
