We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills.As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including welcoming and greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area's cleanliness and organization.Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or Secretary.Minimum 25 years old.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Strong customer service orientation.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meeting rooms or executives.Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, if required.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including arranging catering and preparing meeting materials.Coordinate and schedule transportation requests, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance activities.Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned.If you are enthusiastic about service and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
