Deskripsi
1. HR
• Organize, maintain and update internal databases including but not limited to digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
• Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity.
• Assist payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits.
• First point of contact with employees on HR-related issues and insurance vendors.
• Update company policies and FAQ Documents in lieu of Director.
• Calculate staff entitlements such as annual leaves.
• Gather staffing needs from Director, and create and publish job ads.
• Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed.
• Respond to emails and calls on behalf of the department.
• Take meeting minute notes.
• Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, processing confidential reports and documents.
• Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
• Organize and supervise all entertainment arrangements for sales department.
• Provide administration support for the office.
2. GA
• Daily office and expatriate needs, such as manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letter, etc), manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, order office supplies, billing & payments, etc.
• Create purchase request regarding General Affair to Finance & Accounting team including for non-routine orders.
• Processing and renew expatriate KITAS.
• Renew office and car rental.
• Maintain the good condition of all assets and facilities in the office and stores.
• Inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
• Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.
• And other temporary works arranged by the leader.
