Customer Service Trainer (English)
Requirements : 
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce industry.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (is a must)
- Fluent in other language is a plus.
- Experienced in training is a plus.
Responsibilities : 
- Review and analyse agents' daily ticket report to identify opportunity and make action taken based on finding.
- Work closely with the agents to improve our agents' performance.
- Work closely with the QC to improve our agents' performance through refresh training.
- Help Agents on follow up cases that agents can't handle.
- Conduct training for New Hire and refresh training for Old Agents.
- Create Syllabus and Training Plans for the Agents.
