JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Coordinate and ensure that software or hardware maintenance and repairs run smoothly at Customers
- Establish good partnerships with IT infrastructure vendors
- Governance of human resource management in the Technical department as well Coordinate, schedule field technicians, Create reports and visit schedules for clients
- Respond to customer complaints via email, ticket system and telephone
- Carrying out other administrative activities for customer and company needs
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- 1 years experience in IT Support field
- Single woman
- Minimum SMK
- Have experience with computers and networks, leadership, management, communication skills and detail oriented, staffing, problem solver, decision making, critical thinking, team work and able to work under pressure
- Have a personal laptop and smartphone
- Can speak English at least passively
- DOMICILE AREA DEPOK - JAWA BARAT
