Deskripsi
Job description :
1. Find potential influencers & selling who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships.
2. Responsible for the introduction of selling, , building engagement with our agencies and hosts and working close with them.
3. Negotiate with talents and agencies, build strong relationships with them. Ensure their coopration and they will support company’s goal and KPI with provide high quality contents.
4. Develop top users in the beauty industry.
5. Build good connections between team and community, act as an intermediary. Provide feedback to the team to continuously improve operations policies and regulation.
6. Responsible for the growth and development of the Indonesian market.
7. Be a positive contributor to the team and organization.
8. Can work under tight target.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English and Bahasa is required.
2. Have at least 1 year of working experience in similar APPs or industries (Live streaming).
3. Outgoing, innovative, strong communication skills – phone, email, text message, and in person.
4. Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly.
5. A strong social media presence and knowledge.
6. Hyper-organized and self-motivated
