Deskripsi
1. Streamline and manage a company’s day-to-day tasks.
2. Coordinate projects, create systems, and improve efficiency.
3. Handle appointments, scheduling, and coordination.
4. Manage deadlines and delegate tasks.
5. Create project plans, and track progress.
6. Communicate with internal team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
7. Provide support for customers through email, phone, or other communication methods.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
9. Creating, implementing, and reviewing company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintaining CRM Systems
1. Updating customer information.
2. Updating customer contact information.
3. Processing and facilitating customer orders.
4. Generating reports on customer activity.
5. Analysing customer data.
Qualification :
1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of related work experiences in administrative supports.
2. Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and detailed oriented.
3. Resourceful, multi-task, initiative, detailed and flexible in taking on duties.
4. Proficient in using communication apps such as Whatspp, Viber and WeChat.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Possess high level of discretion and integrity.
7. Must be able understand, speak, and write in English well.
8. Able to travel with short notice for meetings if requested.
9. Able to commence work at short notice would be an advantage.
