Sales Consultant - MINI
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Consultant to join our MINI team. Your main role will be helping customers find the perfect MINI car, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in choosing the right MINI vehicle.
2. Build positive relationships and offer a great buying experience.
3. Conduct test drives and provide product information.
4. Meet monthly sales goals and follow up on customer leads.

Job Requirements - Sales Consultant (MINI)
1. Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service focus with a friendly and approachable attitude.
5. Passionate about automobiles, especially the MINI brand.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
7. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
9. Must have a valid driver’s license.
10. Willingness to work weekends and holidays if needed.
