Deskripsi
1. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
2. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
3. Managing the sales process
4. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
5. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
6. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Qualification :
1. Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree
2. You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry
3. Experience covering Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Resources and Chemicals & Energy is strong plus
4. Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
5. Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
6. Possess capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced
7. You are a strong networker & relationship builder
8. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
9. Willing to work mobile in Lhokseumawe area
10. Target oriented
11. Must have a SKCK
