- Menjalankan proses assessment untuk menyusun program pengembangan karyawan
- Melakukan pemetaan data hasil proses assessment karyawan
- Membuat rencana aktivitas pengembangan karyawan berdasarkan skala prioritas
- Menjalankan program pengembangan untuk karyawan (mandatory dan non mandatory learning program)
- Menyusun pedoman implementasi Individual Development Plan
- Menjadi fasilitator dalam program inhouse training
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Psikologi/Management SDM)
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Training / People Development Officer, atau minimal 3 tahun sebagai Training / People Development Supervisor
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang people development cycle (mulai dari proses assessment, penyusunan program pengembangan, dan succession planning)
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang training management (TNA, menyusun kurikulum, membuat materi ajar, dan mengevaluasi training)
- Mampu menjadi fasilitator dalam kelas inhouse training
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
