* Responsible:
• Build close relationships with customers.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly sales revenue and produce sales reports on time.
• Manage key sales activities & strategies, market research, and sales to achieve company targets.
• Periodically review sales performance and sales activities to ensure consistency of Corporate Sales targets.
• Manage / lead and motivate the team and maintain good relations with business partners.
• Stay abreast of product developments and new competitors.
• Constantly providing productive and constructive feedback on how the company and sales achieve higher goals.
*Requirements :
• Aggressive with a career mindset, max 40 years.
• Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's degree in technology / marketing / economic.
• Required language: English.
• Skills needed: Ms. Office, Building relationships, Negotiations, Communication skills, Meeting sales goals and Presentation skills.
• Work experience in sales of sealant / glass / frame for contruction / Building materials.
• Preferably Managers who specialize in Sales ("Sales", not Marketing) / Business Development.
• Representative appearance.
• Have a SIM (Sim A).
• Able to develop a strong and motivated Sales team.
• Willing to around Jabodetabek regulary dan travelling town out
