Deskripsi
Job Descriptions:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles, qualifications, and skill requirements. Develop accurate job descriptions and recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
2. Recruitment Channel Management: Oversee recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Glints, Kalibrr) to optimize job postings and increase outreach. Expand sourcing channels, including social media, industry forums, and referral programs.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, arrange assessments, and coordinate interview schedules. Support hiring decisions and facilitate offer negotiations.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance candidate engagement, maintain a positive employer image, and organize recruitment campaigns such as job fairs and company open days.
Job Requirements:
1. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
2. Education: Diploma (D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, or related fields is preferred.
3. Language Skills: Proficient in English; basic Mandarin communication is an advantage.
4. Work Experience: Experience in recruitment within the retail industry is preferred.
5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with JobStreet, Glints, Kalibrr, and other recruitment platforms.
6. Travel Availability: Willingness to undertake short-term international assignments as required.
