Requirements:
Background in administration, customer service, or a related field.
Proficient in using office software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (professional level).
Previous experience in a virtual receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Australian business practices is a plus.
