Work Summary
PT Enertech Indo comprehensive support management position, served by a native Indonesian, is responsible for file management, progress tracking, project resource coordination, project data collection and other related work.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Assist the project manager and team to ensure that the project proceeds as planned, including file management, meeting organization, progress tracking, etc.
b. Coordinate the resources required by the project, including personnel, equipment, materials, etc., to ensure the effective allocation and use of resources; 　
c. Communicate with different departments, project teams and first party’s project docking persons to coordinate project progress, needs and problems； 　
d. Collect, organize and analyze project data so that project managers can make decisions; 　
e. Identify project risks and take measures to prevent them in advance; 　
f. Complete other tasks as-signed by leaders. 　
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum academic requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Management related majors)
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, fluent in spoken English, and possess good written expression skills
• Have computer usage level that meets work needs
• Understand basic knowledge related to Indonesian business rules
• Have strong organizational discipline and overall awareness, obey organizational arrangements, and solidarity
• Have good organizational management, coordination and communication skills
• Have good professional qualities, be diligent and conscientious, dare to take responsibility, and take initiative
• Have a pioneering and innovative spirit and a solid work style
• Have good logical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
