-Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
-Making letters internal and external needed for business matters
-Manage administrative schedule, making appointments, task-reminder, prepare supporting documents, data management and filing,
-Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
-Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
-Minimum Bachelor Degree or related field
-Minimum 1 years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
-Agile, multitasking, well organized, and trusted
-Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment.
-Fluent in English both oral and written and Mandarin would be advantageous
-Having good interpersonal , communication skill, detail and service oriented
