Deskripsi
1. Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as a bridge for communication between the employer and Chinese-speaking clients or partners.
3. Translate written or verbal communications between Chinese and the employer's preferred language.
4. Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations in both Chinese and the employer's language.
5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
6. Provide insights into Chinese culture and business practices to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
7. Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips involving Chinese-speaking regions.
8. Conduct research on various topics, industries, or market trends as directed by the employer.
9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
10. Address and resolve day-to-day issues or challenges, acting as a problem-solving resource for the employer.
Qualification : 1. Fluent in both Chinese and the employer's preferred language (written and spoken).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
3. Understanding of Chinese culture, etiquette, and business practices.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
5. Proficient in using office software and technology for efficient communication and document preparation.
6. Ability to conduct research on various topics and present findings clearly.
7. Demonstrates high levels of discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
8. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
10. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
