"jobDescription": "Responsibilities\nThe Customer Support team focuses on 1st level support, the team is in contact with clients as well as with Research & Development teams\nVerification of GPS/consumption monitoring solutions on customers vehicles\nDirect relationship with customers (companies that own car fleets)\nOrientation towards the client's needs\nHigh degree of responsibility for one's own actions\nFrequent interaction with sales, finance and technical colleagues\nDelivering exceptional customer support to clients and ensuring that consistent support is provided quickly and efficiently\nResponsible for monitoring Customer Support queue throughout the working day and taking action on all customer tickets\nResponsible for taking phone calls in accordance with the internal rules\nInvestigating issues in database and log files, when necessary\nAnalyzing application problems, recommending, and working closely with other departments to find solutions\nReporting and discussing production errors with Development team\nEnsuring client requests are met in an agreed timeframe to allow a better customer adoption\nResponding quickly and positively to the needs, requests and demands of the customers and colleagues\nTreating current customers as vital to the business and taking responsibility for meeting customer needs\nCommunicating professionally with internal and external customers and other teams\nQualifications\nFluent written and spoken English is mandatory\nUniversity degree/diploma or student at Technical University preferred\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated planning and organizational skills\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, to explain complex situations or solutions competently and confidently\nMust be flexible and dependable, willing to work as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities from colleagues when necessary\nExperience in mounting devices such as car alarm/car radio - is an advantage\nKnowledge of electrical and automotive electronics\nKnowledge in using PC and mobile applications, knowledge of applications such as car diagnostics is a plus\nSkilled in customer relations\nAvailability to travel outside the office\nAvailability for extended hours",
