Responsibilities
The Customer Support team focuses on 1st level support, the team is in contact with clients as well as with Research & Development teams
Verification of GPS/consumption monitoring solutions on customers vehicles
Direct relationship with customers (companies that own car fleets)
Orientation towards the client's needs
High degree of responsibility for one's own actions
Frequent interaction with sales, finance and technical colleagues
Delivering exceptional customer support to clients and ensuring that consistent support is provided quickly and efficiently
Responsible for monitoring Customer Support queue throughout the working day and taking action on all customer tickets
Responsible for taking phone calls in accordance with the internal rules
Investigating issues in database and log files, when necessary
Analyzing application problems, recommending, and working closely with other departments to find solutions
Reporting and discussing production errors with Development team
Ensuring client requests are met in an agreed timeframe to allow a better customer adoption
Responding quickly and positively to the needs, requests and demands of the customers and colleagues
Treating current customers as vital to the business and taking responsibility for meeting customer needs
Communicating professionally with internal and external customers and other teams
Qualifications
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
University degree/diploma or student at Technical University preferred
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to explain complex situations or solutions competently and confidently
Must be flexible and dependable, willing to work as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities from colleagues when necessary
Experience in mounting devices such as car alarm/car radio - is an advantage
Knowledge of electrical and automotive electronics
Knowledge in using PC and mobile applications, knowledge of applications such as car diagnostics is a plus
Skilled in customer relations
Availability to travel outside the office
Availability for extended hours
