Job Summary : The Head of Marketing is part of an important individual that creates and executes accurate marketing strategies and initiatives related to the brands. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple disciplines, including food and beverage operations, retail partners, external agencies, etc. You will work closely with the CEO and marketing team members to generate new opportunities, drive revenue, drive visitation, and evolve the brand positioning for the outlets. You will develop and execute annual marketing plans and translate those into integrated campaigns and activation across other stakeholders and related divisions. Critical to this role is curiosity, creativity, innovation, being a self-starter, being proactive, and having a deep knowledge of Jakarta's food & beverage industry. Roles & Responsibilities :Develop and execute strategic ongoing and new marketing initiatives and programs to target locals and tourists (national/ international) to promote Two Sides Coffee & INI Gelato as specialty coffee shops and handcrafted boutique gelato.  Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies across all platforms, which includes digital marketing planning, execution of brand campaigns, and deployment of strategies and tactics across social media, digital, and creative design functions.Responsible for the customer experience across stores. Develop on-site marketing and communications programs to maximize in-store conversion and strengthen branding positioningBuild Customer Relationship Management and email database to increase traffic visitation and ensure repeat business.Create, manage, and implement all related PR, marketing, and advertising plans and programs, both short and long-term, to increase revenue, generate visitation, and build awareness. Responsible for creating and implementing the merchandising section in creative and innovative ways to boost brand positioning, drive conversion, and increase revenue.Brainstorm new and creative ideas for new potential products Manage external agencies to direct support for PR, digital and email marketing, SEO, content creation, and creative campaigns. Manage all events, photoshoots, etc. that related to marketing activities Participate in the planning of brand strategies. Monitor and maintain branding across teams and all platformsSet long-term marketing plans to expand the business Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaignsAny other ad-hoc tasks as an assignment from Management and the CEO
Requirements : Bachelor's degree, major in Marketing is preferable;Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays;Previous experience and knowledge of a broad spectrum of digital marketing channels (advertising, social media, SEO, content marketing);Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI;Proven leadership skills: ability to articulate a point of view and defend it, ability to influence without authority, ability to find creative solutions and sort through challenges to achieve;Problem-solving, strategic planning, reasoning, motivating, and organizational abilities are used oftenTeam player, able to build and maintain relationships and work effectively as part of the team;enjoy a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment;>5 years of professional experience in marketing, food & beverage marketing is preferable.
