JOB DESCRIPTION
1)Develop and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
2)Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including supplies management, facilities maintenance, and general office upkeep.
3)Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials.
4)Assist with organizing internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities.
5)Maintain records, reports, and files for all administrative functions.
6)Ensure data accuracy and secure storage of sensitive information.
7)Provide translation support for HR and administrative documents in English, Chinese, and Indonesian.
8)Coordinate with external translation services as needed for complex documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
2)Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
3)Minimum 2 years of experience in GA, administration or a similar role.
4)Proven experience as a tanslator is a plus.
5)Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality and ethical integrity.
