Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
-Operates and update internal database system and provide solution to customers based on filtered information
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Maximum 28 years oldCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalentAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience as CS/Document Sea or Air Freight Export or Import in Freight Forwarding company is preferredWell knowledge of Sea or Air Freight Export or Import process, well understand custom regulation in Indonesia, incoterm, HS Code, and custom clearance processesHaving PPJK certificate and able to create PIB/PEB is preferredTrustable, honest, able to work under minimum supervision, and willing to work long hours to accomplish tasksAttention to detail is a mustFluent in English written and verbally and able to operate basic computing applications
