1. Interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person
2. Analyzing customer problems and finding appropriate solutions.

6. Educating customers on how to use products or services effectively
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in CRM management and customer relations, preferably in a B2B
3. Environment
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage CRM data
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities
