Deskripsi
1. Participate in the sales of the company's cloud communication products (CPaaS and SaaS) and new customer development, provide consultative sales services to enterprises, and assist leaders in completing customer business contract signing and product delivery and use. (Main customer types include finance, retail industry, overseas gaming, social networking and other overseas companies).
2. Promote and mobilize company resources to expand overseas customer markets.
3. Collaborate with presales to deeply capture customer needs (even if they do not foresee these needs) and provide technical consultation to provide guidance for completing transactions.
4. Plan feasible sales plans and customized customer solutions.
5. Customer relationships management and sales services.
6. Collaborate to resolve customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, cooperate with in-sales and after-sales services, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business administration, marketing, business management and related majors.
2. Familiar with the Internet industry, understanding of mainstream apps, more than 1 year of B-to-B work experience, and relevant work experience in business development and major customer sales; or have software sales experience.
3. Good communication skills and strong ability to visit strangers and prospect customers.
4. Ability to work with and communicate with others;
5. Have overall thinking, innovative thinking and forward-looking thinking;
6. Ability to make sales plans and sales proposals, and have high skills in selling value propositions suitable for their level to customers;
7. Have a certain understanding of business indicators and the ability to continuously complete work under sales performance requirements and huge time pressure.
8. Being able to communicate in English.
