Deskripsi
Responsibilities :
1) Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including network infrastructure, maintenance, and technical support.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of internet services to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and manage network performance, addressing technical issues promptly.
2) Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the branch's budget, ensuring revenue and cost targets are met.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
3) Customer Service:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Implement customer retention strategies and drive growth through new customer acquisition.
4) Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including technical and customer service teams.
- Provide coaching and support to staff to ensure they meet performance and service quality standards.
5) Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure the branch operates in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including financial and operational metrics.
6) Marketing and Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote ISP services and meet sales targets.
7) Resource Management:
- Efficiently allocate resources such as equipment, personnel, and technology to meet branch objectives.
Requirements :
1) Education:
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications, business management, or a related discipline is typically required. An MBA may be preferred but not mandatory.
2) Experience:
- Prior experience in the ISP industry with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible roles, including leadership positions.- Strong knowledge of internet technologies, networking, and ISP operations.
3) Management Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
4) Financial Acumen:- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
5) Customer Service Orientation:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to handle customer issues effectively.
6) Regulatory Knowledge:
- Understanding of ISP regulations and compliance requirements.
7) Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
8)Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with ISP network infrastructure and technologies.
Sales and Marketing:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
9) Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the ISP industry.
