Deskripsi
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverage services.
2. Manage and coordinate the work of bar staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
3. Develop and curate innovative beverage menus based on industry trends and customer preferences.
4. Continuously assess and update the menu to meet changing consumer demands.
5. Plan and manage beverage inventory, optimizing stock levels, and placing orders efficiently.
6. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiven
Qualification :
1. A minimum of 3+ years proven Head Bartender managerial position in an upper-scale Bar / Restaurant / related fields.
2. Bartending training or certification is an asset.
3. Excellent sales, organisational, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills, highly adaptable, excellent team leader with the capability of performing multiple tasks at hand and adequate to support and lead junior staff.
4. Quality driven, has genuine interest in F&B, self-motivated, eye for details and resourceful.
5. A customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of food service and knowledge with creative flairs.
6. Excellent knowledge about bartending and mixology.
7. Up-to-date with bartending trends.
8. Ability to manage bar inventory, COGS, list, descriptions, food pairing suggestions and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
9. Ability to train Cocktail knowledge.
10. Ability to create Cocktail recipes.
11. Proficiency in MS Office and strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software (POS, etc.)
12. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
13. Charismatic personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
14. Courteous, confident, well-groomed with a pleasant disposition.
15. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
