Job Description:
• Monitor the company’s cash requirement and disbursement for daily operational requirements and verify the daily costing and petty cash reports.
• Coordinate with the operations via a productivity tracking system.
• Oversee and handle attendance, payroll, purchase, and administrative functions.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong skills in Excel.
• Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team player, multi-tasking, adaptable to changes, with good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Higher School Certificate with relevant accounting and administrative qualification, for instance, a Diploma.
• 3-5 years working experience in the accounting and administrative field.
• Must be good in English speaking
• Willing to be placed in Sepatan, Kabupaten Tangerang
• Can join immediately
